Unistow was selected to design, manufacture, and install a full laboratory fit-out package to convert existing office space into a worksop-based confectionery development laboratory. The client required a highly customised fit out to accommodate a wide range of specialist equipment within a compact footprint.

To meet these needs, we designed, manufactured, and installed a bespoke laboratory package that included:
• Perimeter and peninsular benching with single and double fitted units
• Double 3 and 4 drawer units for efficient storage
• Bespoke bin openings and custom unit handles
• Multilevel units tailored for various equipment dimensions
• Tall open tray units and tall single and double fitted storage units
• Bespoke-height wall units for optimised vertical space
Result
The result was a practical bespoke laboratory that
accommodated a lot of complex specialised equipment in
